If this were an enjoyable season I wouldn't have talked about their hair. The retro lab visit was every mythological idea the auteurs and their fan pages dreamed up during video chats. It met everywhere but the middle. Russian prison was an excuse to keep actors that can't stand each other apart. (The audience likes them together.) The prison chapter peaked when daddy shaved his hair. He won Best Hair. The extra stuff put me to sleep. Too much. 01-Jun-2022
S4E5. I was surprised how much I had forgotten and remembered. Old people don't have time to look back. There isn't much time. The hair is horrendous. A guaranteed 80's do is brushing it forwards, teasing it, spraying it and letting it go. Instant throwback art. El is a super dork with boy crushes, the token of leftwing communist bullying and delicate. She's a dehumanized weapon. Comicbook El would have found gifts of other strength to make her cope and conquer. Why would she become Carrie? Some of the characters were hard to bear. It zooms away from sense, piles for representation and exemplifies fandom exhaustion. The hair. Worst ever! 30-May-2022

There can't be much to disconcert when with every dedication and homage you are dealt original cards with likeable imprinted players and a perplexing with soul reflexing game.
Wynona is unwavering in motherhood vs sanity as David Harbour is papa Bear strength. The kids are inherent, funny and affecting. Millie Bobbi Brown is tasked with conveyance of eye speak and she handles it beautifully.

My first reaction was, come on, why are they always so nice? Then I realized they didn't enter the competition to beat their competitors but themselves. The challenges were grueling, athlete bodies were supe-worthy and togetherness was everywhere. The competitors enjoyed the spectacle as much as I did. 16-Nov-2025
An A+ assignment that did extra credit. Machines against humanity even as they become. The villains are DC worthy, the human/machine analogy is intriguing and the actors are treating the story with care. It's a joy to be scared without Pazuzu's involvement. 10-Sep-2025
S3 brought back what was missing in the second season, clever games and family heartbreak. I gave up on the technical side because I know it won't add up and it would skew my opinion but they shot through our hearts in subtle and beautiful ways. The trans was heroic and sympathetic, the grandma broke our hearts and the lead was magnificent. That face. I finally understood his character, his pride and redemption. The extra game member seemed gimmicky but it worked because it got to the heart of the matter. Knives and keys was a gripping episode because of the surprises, heartbeats and bravery. The games were creative and scary as fuck. The asides halted the momentum and achieved little purpose but the detective was pretty as fuck. The actors were a crew and they showed it. It isn't better than the first but it's a fitting end. 04-Jul-2025
S2 is missing something. Impact. A feeling of exhaustion permeated and interrupted some of the proceedings. The games didn't rivet, the cast was stereotypically goofy, compassion was limited and sense started to drag. The ship shenanigans didn't have closure or purpose. I presume the save will be last minute in S3. Thinking you can overtake a heavily guarded facility is ludicrous. In life I doubt that a majority of people would choose to die. I wanted to see people go home. Why doesn't anyone hook up? A grab and a rub here and there wouldn't hurt. How do the men deal with morning wood? I'm losing empathy. 04-Jan-2025
If you can't afford happy things, you become bitter, if your are unable to provide, you become addicted and if you can't eat, you die. It's called poverty. A group of instinctual individuals are given the opportunity to have their financial struggles resolved. They have to play children's games that are only safe in rhythm but not rhyme. If you lose, you die. If you win, it's a lot. The characters are specific, writing is a brainstorm and the whole is an abundance of I've never seen anything like this before. 07-Oct-2021

The comic strip art is reminiscent and relaxing but it barely moves beyond 90's tech. It doesn't zip or inspire and it jumbles the mythology by prioritizing color. Most characters are repurposed and replaced by minorities that would have nothing to do with each other in real life. They tag white storylines to minorities without logic. It's not art if you copied it. I don't want or need a hot Auntie May. I want an old shrew with guts. I dug deep into my kiddie self and didn't like it. 13-Feb-2025

S1E7. The performers were never less than perfect. Cristin Milioti is a Talia Shire find. Rhenzy's light turned off for a minute. Theo needs to make more angry nude scenes. Daddy Penguin is fantastic but the subject is anti-comic and judgmental. The gangster bit is a familiar take on nothing. An artist should be able to distinguish Gotham City from The Bronx. Perfectionism is abundant but the point is lost. Villains need heroes to stop them, lest we all become villains. I admired much but I cared very little. It's guise threw me off.

S1E1. Colin delivers a towering performance in a series whose only connection to the DC world is the names. It's predictable gangster angst for people with amnesia who no longer remember comics or original gangsters. 20-Sep-2024

Homefucker took twitch to its ultimate, grew from it and became remarkable. Someone invited Smirk to the party so he can curse it? He's still smirking away and sounding like a condescending cunt. The twist befits him like a glove. Yes, I would submit to his gravelly words and old man charms. Is that all A-Train or are there other plastics involved? Nice. Mama's Milk has the right amount of daddy issues. Kimiko and Frenchie are still a power couple even though Frenchie has accent disabilities. Star watt. Starlight's abilities were stifled. The series made me realize that Karl Urban can be fun. Quaid can get away with a lot. Sage was waiting for this all her life and she's acing it. The Deep is reenacting some personal memories. Respect. There are stalling tactics that defy reason. The enemies keep bumping into each other but nobody keeps the promise to slaughter the other. One explanation should suffice. Powerhouse acting, words on defense and beauty on blast. It was a poem about life. Fighting for faith is not the same as fighting for yourself. Freedom depends on that acknowledgment. Cosmo Jarvis had Ryan Phillippe looks and a great butt but he didn't need them. His eyes sparkled with information and coquetry. His voice, manly and protective. His gestures great and small. He also supplied some of the funniest bits. Hiroyuki Sanada was kingly. He cast vibrations just being. The writers understood that Anna Sawai was representing historical heritage. They made sure that her empowerment was befitting to her surroundings and that she apply it. Boy, did she ever. Suffering makes a hero, conviction makes a fighter and death equals longevity. I wasn't expecting much. The aliens were easy to spot. Hey dude, why you talking like that? Can they imitate anything other than a squid? Yes, they can. Viewership became verdant, I was addicted but their motor died. Emotions got no satisfaction but the revelations made it through. 12-Apr-2024
Actors can imitate, shadow or channel. The spirit of Griselda settled methodically into Sofia's lap and guided her. Sofia sent Sofia packing to become a woman with big ideas, deadly fallouts and constant misery. Sofia adds sexy beast to a woman who suffered for her imperfections. The woman who bested men used them for protection. The males were war and sex machines for the women who freed themselves from prostitution to commit worst crimes whilst using men as shields. The series served enough tension and thought-provoking arguments to whiz by without losing it's magic. Sofia was gangbang great. I never saw Sofia. I saw a 3D character. She stymied her accent and enunciated. She rocked fashion you can feel. She kicked ass like she's done it. Her attack dog was a beautiful thing and the support were menacingly good. The main vocals were experimenting and setting themselves apart. Actors don't have to sound like another actor's iteration but they must ponder the psychology and physicality of their characters to achieve evolution. Batman and Joker sucked. Poison Ivy passed by a hair. Joker plots to steal Christmas a la you know who, Batman is indisposed but his child can become him to save Gotham. The action was rollercoaster, the art was crude and the meaning got lost. 17-Dec-2023
S2. The series gains momentum for a purpose. Owen Wilson hates life more than ever. Ke Huy Kwan is a welcome addition that fits this universe. Miss Minutes is awesome. Jonathan Majors hits a bump. He thought he could make stammering sound normal, it failed. Someone needed to dress him up as Rama-Tut. The afterlife is explored by a vision that is the creator's own. 12-Nov-2023

Loki's Quantum Leap. Bewitched and I Dream Of Jeannie generated enough magic effects per episode to keep its fantasy alive. A lot of the effects weren't right but they kept trying until the magic was perfected. Loki used his magic to dry his clothes. Whoppee. Cheap Disney. It'd be nice if Loki could interact with our world but the writers' imagination don't fly that high. 17-Jun-2021
It elicited no words or thoughts from me. I appreciate that Tom Hiddleston did not swing the character of Loki towards Jerry Lewis caricature. Loki is a ridiculous puny god that whines about birthrights and shit. He's a loser tasked with saving the world to betray it. His life is as insignificant as his death. Hiddleston and Owen Wilson have chemistry but that's probably because Owen hates life. It's a mish mash of things that don't inspire me. 12-Jun-2021
A postwar generation that fought the enemy to insure that cell phones and toilet paper made it to the future. Respect for the law and its protection kept western towns reposed and progressive. Strangers would stop by with stories of city worlds, vast education and diversity. The contemptible came to cause a ruckus, crush everyone's dreams and takeover. Guns were a man's best friend because it was a contemptible's only friend. Death was also scientific in a world with very little of it. The rifleman assisted the Marshall by keeping people in line with threats, assistance, charm, height, beauty, and death. Death was an acceptable occurrence to be respected and expected. Even, the kids were savvy to it. You kill an animal for necessity, not sport. Death happens esp. in this town. Daddy longlegs was a widower, a rifle expert with a sweet boy whose devotion to daddy went beyond the screen. They heightened the father/son duo by being super. Connor was classic cowboy. The rifleman had gun skills, was a jean god, made money after every kill and was a fair man that allowed no one to fuck with his kid. They tell stories beyond the shooting. It had a contemporary mindset and there were plenty of useful life-lessons. Responsibilities of gun ownership included, when to point, shoot, run or put them down. 09-Nov-2023
The finale entered the Buffyverse and maintained its excellence. The massacre was surprisingly joyful. Creativity was active. The newbies accomplished. We like them, even the evil ones. 03-Nov-2023
I felt yesteryear's essence. When access is limited, you shoot for the heart. Creating superheroes with limitations makes them more susceptible to bleeding. Hurt is the crux of the Superworld because it is in every other world.The series mind-blows and sets the future of comicbook heroes by having heart, progressive CGI and identifiable respect. 22-Oct-2023
The half season was a trip down Xena memory lane without the charms of Xena, Gabrielle and or thrilling action. The action suffered from premature ejaculation. Over before it begins. GOT talk keeps reminding us how powerful Ciri is. Isn't three seasons enough time to finally see it and not constantly hear about it? I'd recast with more charisma and revamp with better professionals. Replacing just the main character is going to be wonky and talky and I want them all to feel as uncomfortable as I felt watching this season. I shifted interest in character to decipher if the actors really liked each other. 06-Jul-2023

Daddy dropped the hush a notch and it was sexy. A daddypalooza overwrote the overwrought female wokeness. The RPG "come to life" was fun. The mythology became a scientific equation instead of a scientific marvel. Can we find another solution to good girl being possessed by evil besides giving her a conscious? Bummer. Istredd. Boom!
