Canadian Woman Goes On Horrifying Racist Tirade Against Asian Driver Who Hit Her Car

When someone dings your car or parks poorly in the parking lot, it can make you roll your eyes, curse, or even scrawl a hastily written note about parking etiquette. However, some people take the direct approach and wait to speak with the driver themselves. Amy Xu is one of those people, and when she came back to her car to discover that another car had actually come into contact with hers in the parking lot she stopped to speak with the other driver. Who is Carla Waldman? She's the woman who did the bad parking and Amy wasn't remotely prepared for the reaction she would have.

Indiana Teen Attacked In Locker Room for Being Gay

An Indiana high school student has faced ridicule after being attacked in a locker room for being gay. After other students started circulating video of the incident around school, the teenage boy’s mother shared the story with Indianapolis TV station WTHR.

“I’m not OK, but I will be,” the student told the news outlet.

And he’s telling anyone else who ever finds themselves the victim of a hate crime to stay strong in spirit.

"Stay true to yourself,” he said, “and if you get hit, do the best you can to make sure it never happens again."

Michigan police officer investigated, on paid leave after KKK items found at home

A Michigan police officer is under investigation and on paid administrative leave after potential buyers of his property toured his home and found items inside related to the Confederacy and the Ku Klux Klan.

Robert Mathis, who is black, and his wife, Reyna, toured the home of Officer Charles Anderson, a member of the Muskegon, Michigan, Police Department. On the tour they were confronted with multiple Confederate flags, and a framed document in one of the upstairs bathrooms.

That old, yellow paper turned out to be an application to the Ku Klux Klan.

WOMAN THREATENS TO PEPPER-SPRAY MAN BECAUSE HIS DOG WASN'T ON A LEASH, QUESTIONS HIS CITIZENSHIP: 'ARE YOU FROM THIS COUNTRY?'

A Massachusetts man has posted a video online showing a white woman threatening to pepper-spray him and his dog and asking "are you from this country?" because the animal was off its leash in a park.

The man, who asked to only be identified as Mohamed, recently moved to the Jamaica Plain area of Brookline, Boston. He posted the video of the woman confronting him on Facebook on August 5, where it has since been viewed more than 20,000 times.

"This happened today at a park in Boston because I didn't have my dog (who isn't bothering anyone) on a leash," Mohamed wrote. "She wanted to pepper-spray me, my dog and also sprinkled in some 'you're not from this country hope you got your paperwork' before she called the cops. Goes to show some folks really don't like us."

WATCH: America has a spiritual problem not a gun problem

On Tuesday's episode of the "White House Brief," Jon Miller discussed his disgust with the political talking points in the days following the mass killings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, and why video games do not create mass murderers.

Miller addressed the sickness of a nation when politicians refuse to allow Americans time to process the tragic loss inflicted by mass murderers without inserting their talking points.

One such talking point was the theory that video games created a culture that celebrated violence. Both Joe Biden and even President Donald Trump cited video games as a cause of violence among youth. However, study after study proves that there is no correlation between mass killings and video games.

Gay Son of ‘Straight Pride’ Event Organizer Speaks Out Against It: WATCH

Organizers have reportedly filed an application to use the city’s Mancini Bowl for a rally and may also be planning a parade around the August 24 event.

The Modesto Bee reports: “Mason still will address the City Council. He said he supports the right to free speech and peaceful assembly but believes the city should not allow this event because it has the potential for violence. One of the organizers has said the local chapter of the Proud Boys accepted his invitation to attend. The New York Times has reported that Proud Boy members attended the 2017 far-right rally in Charlottesville, Va., in which one of the rally participants drove his car into a crowd of counter-protesters, killing one of them.”

Ariz. 6th-Grade Teacher Who Sexually Abused Boy Allegedly Showed Another Kid Photos of Naked Men

Brittany Zamora is behind bars after she pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a 13-year-old student — but court documents show she may have been grooming at least one other other boy for sexual contact.

According to court documents first obtained by AZCentral.com, the mom of one of the victim’s male friends told police that Zamora, 28, had promised to send him naked photos over the summer, but apparently never did so.

According to the documents, the conversation allegedly grew more inappropriate during class one day when Zamora allegedly asked the friend whether he was circumsised. When he didn’t understand the question, Zamora allegedly showed him pictures of male genitalia on her phone.

Christian author, pastor renounces faith, issues lengthy apology for previous beliefs

Joshua Harris, popular Christian author and former church leader, has renounced his faith and issued an apology to the LGBTQ community for offending its sensibilities with Christian tenets.

Harris, a former leader at Maryland's Covenant Life Church, said that he was sorry for contributing to a "culture of exclusion and bigotry" that came along with his Christian faith.

Earlier in July, Harris revealed in an Instagram post his decision to leave his faith behind, admitting that he had "undergone a massive shift in regard to my faith in Jesus."

He wrote, "The popular phrase for this is 'deconstruction,' the biblical phrase is 'falling away.' By all measurements that I have for defining a Christian, I am not a Christian. Many people tell me that there is a different way to practice faith and I want to remain open to this, but I'm not there now.

4 dead, including gunman, in shooting at Gilroy Garlic Festival, 15 injured

At least one gunman opened fire Sunday at Northern California’s Gilroy Garlic Festival, killing at least three and injuring 15, before being fatally shot by police stationed nearby who responded in less than a minute after the initial shot was fired, a police official said.

The shooting rampage began at 5:41 p.m. on the north side of the festival, Chief of Police Scot Smithee said at a press conference late Sunday.

Smithee said the gunman gained access to the festival by cutting through a fence near a creek area. He said some witnesses reported a second suspect, but police could not immediately confirm those reports.

Cameron Boyce's death shines a light on fatal stigma

The death of Cameron Boyce, the talented Disney actor who according to his family died in his sleep following a seizure at the age of 20, resonates deeply with the experiences of so many other families who have lost their loved ones to Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP). Boyce's family has said his fatal seizure was the result of epilepsy, and while Boyce's final cause of death has yet to be determined, his tragic loss is a reminder that every year, about 1 in 1,000 people with epilepsy suddenly die. Among those whose seizures are not controlled by medicine, the rate rockets to a stunning 1 in 150.

Bill to make priests report abuse put on hold in California

A bill that would require California religious leaders to report their co-workers' confessions of child abuse or neglect has been put on hold amid opposition from the Catholic church.

California law already requires clergy to report knowledge of child abuse and neglect. But they can keep it a secret if they learned about it during a confession.

State Sen. Jerry Hill, a Democrat from San Mateo, wrote a bill this year to change that, but only if the confession was from another religious leader or someone who works at the church. It passed the Senate by a vote of 30-4 in May.

On Tuesday, Hill announced he was putting the bill on hold because it did not have enough support to pass the state Assembly. But Hill said the issue remains important to him, and he vowed to continue his efforts to pass it.

NDAs: Millionaire given secrecy order over sex assault claims

A senior British establishment figure was given anonymity after accusations of sexual harassment and assault in an employment case, it has been reported.

The Times reported that one woman said she was groped at his country house and another that she was sexually assaulted in his private office.

The women signed "gagging orders" in return for large payouts.

It means the man, who denies the claims, cannot be named and his identity was concealed in court papers.

The Times said it had been fighting for a year to be allowed to name the multi-millionaire businessman, who is described by the paper as having extensive connections in British politics and society.

Cory Booker said he will "fight to protect" black transgender women, and this is so important

Last night, June 26th, 10 Democratic presidential candidates kicked off the 2020 race for the party’s nomination. The gathered politicians answered questions on topics ranging from reproductive rights to immigration reform. And Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey took a stand for LGBTQ Americans, including black transgender women.

According to a transcript of the debate from NBC News, Hawaii Representative Tulsi Gabbard broached the subject of LGBTQ rights by discussing the Equality Act, which would prohibit discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation. But Booker argued that supporting this bill wasn’t enough. The New Jersey senator pointed out that LGBTQ people—especially black transgender people—are too often the victims of violence.

Video shows California teens laughing as one is painted with blackface

A group of California teenagers used a racial slur while painting one of their friends in blackface in a video that stunned school officials, who vowed to identify and punish the students.

The footage emerged on Snapchat and was later reposted on Twitter, prompting Antelope Valley Union High School District administrators to ask law enforcement for help in finding those who participated in the video.

It was shot off-campus sometime this summer by students from Quartz Hill High School, which is in the northern Los Angeles County city of Lancaster, according to county sheriff's deputies. It's about 70 miles north of downtown L.A.

The video shows a white male teen being painted in dark makeup with several girls around him. One of the female voices could be heard saying, "a white N-----?" while the others giggle.
