It seems the gang has been double-bagging there for at least nine months.

Community’s Obsession With Status and Looks Has Huge Mental Health Costs
The queer community is one of the highest risk groups for depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. For decades, many scientists wrongly assumed that LGBTQ+ people were inherently pathological, and therefore at greater risk for mental disorder. Shortly after research based on actual surveys of LGBTQ+ people first began in the late 1990s, discrimination and stigma were revealed to be the primary detriments to LGBTQ+ mental health. Though we certainly still have a ways to go, the queer community has since gained a measure of social acceptance. Now, some LGBTQ+ mental health researchers are shifting their focus to stress that comes from within the community itsel
Men of color were more likely to perceive what we call gay community stress. Single men were more likely to experience it, as well as men who described themselves as more feminine, men with fewer socioeconomic resources, and men who didn't feel particularly attractive. We also found that younger men compared to older men were more stressed, and that bisexual men were less likely to experience this type of gay community stress.

Ethnic cleansing documented in western Tigray
A 23-year-old Tigrayan trader told investigators how he was beaten up and left for dead in Rawyan by a patrol of Amhara Special Forces, who said: "We will erase you from this land. This land is ours. This is the last time a Tigrayan will live in the area."
At this time Jamila told how some Amhara militiamen came into her hair salon in the town of Dansha early one morning as she was working. The 27-year-old was raped in front of her children, aged seven and two: "They said: 'You Tigrayans should disappear from the land west of Tekeze.'"
This refers to the River Tekeze, which splits the western zone of Tigray from the rest of the region.
Once in control of western Tigray, interviewees said the new authorities banned the speaking of Tigrinya and put in place policies to push Tigrayans out, distributing leaflets with a 24-hour or 72-hour ultimatum to leave or be killed.

What’s It Like To Be An “Average Looking” Gay Man?
It’s not easy being an “average looking” gay man. Just ask Adam Dupuis.
In a new op-ed titled Being Average Looking in the Gay Community, Dupuis writes about the day to day struggles he faces as someone whose physical appearance falls somewhere between “OK” and “nothing special.”
“Being attractive seems to be pretty much a necessity to feel a sense of belonging in the gay community,” Dupuis writes. “Sure, you can go out with friends, travel, experience life, but it can be mentally and emotionally dangerous to travel with more attractive friends when you’ll most likely be the one going home alone as the others pick up a guy or two.”
Dupuis calls never being hit on “a little lonely as well as depressing.”
“Yes, you can exude confidence, socialize, and dance like no other,” he writes, “but that doesn’t seal the deal when looking for someone that is physically attracted to you.”
Not to mention, he adds, “it gets tiring to stand there and be the best self that you can with what you are working with.”

Orlando Shooting Was Revenge; Not Terrorism
When Omar Mateen shot up the Pulse LGBT nightclub in Orlando, killing 49 and injuring 53, many were quick to call the murders by the American born Muslim man an act of terrorism. However, new information has revealed a surprisingly different motive.

"Gay bars are therapy for people who can’t afford therapy; temples for people who lost their religion."
Gay bars are more than just licensed establishments where homosexuals pay to drink. Gay bars are therapy for people who can’t afford therapy; temples for people who lost their religion, or whose religion lost them; vacations for people who can’t go on vacation; homes for folk without families; sanctuaries against aggression. They take sound and fabric and flesh from the ordinary world, and under cover of darkness and the influence of alcohol or drugs, transform it all into something that scrapes up against utopia.
