Rainbow (1978)
It chronicles Judy Garland's childhood. It requires that the child actor that's portraying her, be masterly to convey her but unfortunately the child sings like an angel but has no Garlandesque spirit. The story is historical, personal and respectfully private. Baby Judy was no child. Andrea McArdle was a phenom. The Annie song blaster had the same equipment but it was married to broadway whilst the legend screamed out the blues anywhere she could. It doesn't quite matter, when the lead is gifted with voice and likability. They repeated some songs to completion and that was frustrating but I loved hearing her voice. Piper Laurie was a queen mother. A deprived human on survival mode willing to do anything to eat. She only becomes extreme when the power shifts and Judy becomes the mother. The story is signed by a friend and it's an innocent adventure into young Judy's life. 28-Feb-2024
Password Plus (1979-)
S1E51. Greg Morris was the black celebrity guest. Two of the clues were "mammy" and "watermelon." "Pansy" was extra. I was wrong. Morris did not remain silent and a funny discussion of awareness was provoked. 03-Mar-2022
Betty White's husband was saucy and inappropriate. She was too. I always thought that Betty's true feelings appeared when she was acting vindictive. Is that why Dorothy hated her? The perfect couple appeared cold onscreen and very Happy Homemaker. I'm sure surviving him compelled her to be the nicest talented cunt in Hollywood. Mooooah! Elizabeth Montgomery was a smart witch, Tony Randall knew it all. Barf. The men kept undermining Elaine Joyce because she was vibrant, sexy and genius. Betty White was always bright. She was auditioning and providing for her future self. The best thing about the game is that if you don't look at the screen, you can play along and find out how dumb you are. Showing how brilliant they were was a badge of achievement in the further representation of a celebrity brand. The first man to win was black, the second best timer was a lesbian, the only thing beating a lesbian is a future lesbian with a husband and a smelly salesman is the only one that can change that. "Mammy" and "blackface" were never produced as clues when the contestants were black. That was respectful. There were gays and porn stars but they only played for attention. Loved it! 22-Feb-2022
Maude (1972-1978)
S1 & 2. Maude was the perfect feminist. She wasn't afraid to let a man speak, weighed the options, argued them and resolved it like a scientific adult. Maude didn't need to win every argument. It wasn't necessary. The point of an argument is to be heard. She recognized a man's shortcomings and was willing to stroke it for peace. Bea Arthur was a force of wit, sarcasm, genius understanding and distribution. Adrienne Barbeau put the lib in life and the fighter in mother whilst shaking her gorgeous bon bons. She was a thespian. Conrad Bain understood why doctors are supposed to be stupid and funny. Rue McClanahan was giggly and neurotic before she became a slut. Bill Macy was the perfect foil because he was married to the perfect feminist and he had something to shout about. Forida (Esther Rolle) was so intoxicating that she blows away in season two to be upstaged by a stupid clown. Women are fighting to be equal to men they can't stand. It fits our time zone and it scratches my funny bone. I hope that when Betty made it to heaven that Bea was standing there to congratulate her. ("Kindness nullifies bitch, every single time.") 06-Jan-2022
Legend Of Lizzie Borden, The (1975)
A document of what may have occurred in a family downed by a favorite daughter. The film has a "Carrie" vibe that suits it. It mixes courtroom drama with home hysterics. Elizabeth Montgomery was all witch with only a hint of Samantha. The film was moderate with details and motives. You get the idea but not the full package. Elizabeth kept the film rolling with gestures suggesting things that weren't written and being an unappreciated force. Katherine Helmond was a sister witch with serene class. Fritz Weaver was a super-daddy warlock. I don't understand why his wife looked like a maid. The movie needs a clean-up, the performances don't. 06-Dec-2021

S4E5. Super silver daddy with big brother ass wears hooker pumps to work. Yum! 23-Dec-2020
S4E1. Before Betty White drowned us in honey she perfected an empowered slut known as "The Happy Homemaker." She is introduced during one of Mary's lousy parties in which Phyllis' husband takes her home and almost never returns. The affair is handled with aplomb. A well versed human rights campaigner versus an eager and empowered cunt. The ladies are fabulous, Mary has the best solution and Teddy/Aquaman was delicious. 20-Dec-2020
S3E17. Classic sex identification episode. It's Mary's first party, Georgette is on hand to steal it and Rhoda is dating Phyllis' brother whose meant for Mary. The adult banter is resplendent, the emotions are on cue and the acting is sublime. 05-Dec-2020
The better Mary's hair gets, the more brilliant the show. 26-Nov-2020

Ghost And Mrs. Muir, The (1968-1970)
Groovy mom rents historical cottage on an ocean floor with her sex-interchanging children and a calendar maid. The ghost is a sea captain from long ago whose present proves him wrong except when it matters to the heart. Charles Nelson Reilly is an historical hoot as a rich landlord cowering from his ancient history in present circumstances as a fondness between ghost and family deepens. The ghost can go anywhere in town, never interrupts while you're pooping or masturbating, snoops on guests and has magical powers. Scruffy the dog had me snuggling, daddy had me romancing and mommy chilled me the fuck out. It smelled like Febreze. 04-Sep-2021
Love Boat, The (1977-1987)
Love Boat existed to keep old Hollywood cranking, practicing and competing. If you were a nice Hollywood legend and the people liked you, it warranted a return. The captain was a snob with a penchant for girl grabs, trans sex and unwarranted political views. Lauren Tewes was a drug inducer whose smile and social activities denied it. Ted Lange kept the drinks shaking and rhyming to romantic beats. Fred Grandy was aptly named Gopher as was Charo. All animals and children have a chance at "coochie coochie" on the high seas. Cruises are meant for cheating not confessing. Why ruin a good marriage over a fuck? Not recommended for children or parents across the world. Beauty is a factor, ugly gets laid, poor people smell, old women drink, gays pretend, extensions don't exist, cultures commiserate, men are pigs, sex is free, meat was eaten, everything is beautiful and all is forgiven. 06-Jul-2021
A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (1973)
The old fossil envisioned the future better than Sci-fi movies could. Lesbian (Peppermint Patty) imposes herself on sex confused Charlie Brown for Thanksgiving. Even though the underdog (CB) has plans with grandma he doesn't want to disappoint his friends and so with a little help from his cohorts, he concocts a non-traditional dinner. Linus is Anderson Cooper quoting the bible and mythological news with acid humor. Lucy is my sister. Marcie is waiting for Peppermint Patty to ask her out and cut the CB crap. Sally is my angel. Snoopy is the perverted relative or friend that would perform out of this world feats and lick your kids' faces during commercials. The bird was his underaged twink. Ok, I don't like Snoopy. He always took the reality out of the lesson and fuck him for hiding that turkey. Franklin was invited, sat at the table and was gender-identified. It was progress. You get to sit at the table. Good for you. Don't waste it. The lessons were sweet and the babies are classic. Good memories cause us no harm. 26-Nov-2020
Born Innocent (1974)
When parents renege their responsibility and abandon the broken miracles that made them, said kids are predetermined to live in a dumpster until the fire. The experts offer loads of hypocrisy, sad mother replacement skills and mayhem to the confusion. The rape still bothers, Linda keeps you trembling and the parents keep us itching. The revolt was freeing. 17-Apr-2020
Summer Of Fear (1978)
Family inherits an itchy cousin that steals everything precious teens take for granted... like dad. Thank god, there is a scream queen (Blair,) a future nanny (Drescher) and a capable director (Craven) on the case. Crap fun. 10-Apr-2020
Go Ask Alice (1973)
Diary of a teen with an addictive personality. It is nice to hear the words of tragedy being spoken by tragic and even though it enlightens, it doesn't resolve. Addictions occur the moment you can't latch on to life. It provides good details on soft parenting, physical instability, sex and pressure. The film bestows as many blessings as calamities. Griffith gives good priest, Mackenzie Phillips haunted and the Shat(ner) tries to steal the film with his blinkers. 24-Feb-2020

Honeymooners Christmas Special, The (1977)
Art that was dethroned because the husband was always threatening to send his wife to the moon. It was an idle threat, Alice stood up for herself and the moon seemed like a better alternative to the planet my mother kept landing on.
Still humble, hard working, lacerating and funny. For Adults Only. 20-Jan-2019
25,0000 Pyramid, The (1974-1991)
Shelley Smith was a gorgeous brain and the vampire was condescending. 17-Sep-2018
It's a documentation of history. I am awe-struck by how quick witted and intelligent we once were. 09-Aug-2018
Tattletales (1974-1977)
It was an envoy for obtaining dirt on celebrity exclusivity except we can look into the future and authenticate their testimonies. A game within itself. 15-Aug-2018
