Jonas Brothers Family Roast (2021)

Roasting the golden boys of purity by recognizing their faults. Keenan knows how to host, the boys are good sports, Pete Davidson doesn't hurt and some of the wives don't suck. Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, The (2017-)

Season 3:

The calibre still flickers.

The formalization of Shy Baldwin played diligently.

Sterling K. never hurts.

Luke Kirby squishes like a troublemaker that can't see beyond a certain time.

Tony Shalhoub and Marin Hinkle represent its class and the race to catch up to a new world before it changes again.

Michael Zegen, great nips, awesome accent and a big dreamer.

I didn't understand why Zachary Levi was getting another chance but he proved me wrong. The gorgeous giant had something to say and it was great. He left Shazam on a CGI set.

Alex Borstein, representing everything we want to see in the world, slaughtered like a butcher.

Rachel Brosnahan plays the titular with the knowledge that her ambition may not enhance her personal life but she's got to do it.

The addiction starts right away but the spell is cast in the middle of season 2. There's Gilmore flash wit, character peak and writing punctuation. I may not have swayed in season 1 but I'm swaying now. 18-Sep-2019

No matter how cute, when a dog spends most of its time yipping and yapping we are incapable of seeing its soul. The writing punctures, the music helps and everyone is professional but I have to wonder if that's all there is. When we insert the sensibilities of our present to make the past more tolerable we are erasing the essence of time that brought it to life. 16-Sep-2019
