Tiffany Haddish shaved her hair and then immediately shut down critics of her new style

On Tuesday, the actor and comedian took to Instagram with a series of videos in which she's seen cutting and shaving her hair. In her first clip, Haddish said she's been talking about shaving her head "for years," but always faced people who tried to "block" her decision. Now, however, Haddish say she's no longer concerned with what other people, especially men, have to say about her hair and body.

Fortune Feimster's Comedy is For All Queers Without a Voice

The veteran comedian and actress has appeared on Chelsea Lately, The Mindy Project, and most recently, The L Word: Generation Q. In her stand-up special, Feimster offers a set that includes regaling audiences with tales of her family’s love of Hooters — and proves she has the power to reach people and change lives through her hilarious, heartfelt storytelling.

Feimster has been making people laugh since the late aughts, but Netflix’s massive platform has amplified her voice to new levels. The special was shot on Feimster’s home turf in North Carolina where her mom, now a leader of the local PFLAG, introduced her daughter to the crowd.

Next season of Harley Quinn will explore her romance with Poison Ivy

Supervillain / anti-hero Harley Quinn is a fan favourite in the LGBTQ community, and not least for her relationship with fellow villain Poison Ivy. And although the cartoon series on the DC Universe streaming service has hinted at their relationship, it hasn’t been explicit with it.

But in the second season, which began airing on Friday (3 April), this is set to change, with a small moment in the trailer showing Harley and Ivy briefly holding hands.

And speaking to Metro, the show’s showrunner, Patrick Schumacker has confirmed that this relationship will be explored. “It will develop more, and it’s definitely going to evolve into, I think, what a lot of people are hoping it will,” he explained.

Jimmie Walker Accused of Firing Gay Opening Comic, Going on Homophobic Rant

Actor Jimmie Walker, best known for his role as J.J. Evans on the 1970s sitcom Good Times, is accused of blocking comedian Sampson McCormick from opening his show and dropping Fag-bombs in a homophobic rant.

McCormick is a guest host and stand-up comic who travels across the country telling jokes. During a recent appearance on new streaming network Fox Soul’s The Tammi Mac Late Show, he recalled working with “nasty motherf—er” Walker, adding that the worst experience of his career took place a few years back in an Alexandria, Virginia comedy club with the TV star.

“He was the most disgusting person that I’ve ever worked with in this business,” said McCormick.

Pete Davidson criticised for jokes about gay men in new stand-up trailer

Pete Davidson has been criticised for making “outdated” jokes about gay men in the trailer for his Netflix special.

“I like my gay friends because I don’t think there’s like a more honest relationship between a gay dude and a straight dude,” he begins. “Because there’s just like nothing to gain, you know, so it’s just pure honesty.”

Pete continued to say that “there’s always one gay friend that I don’t think is fucking gay at all” and that everyone knows a “gay dude that’ll run up on your girlfriend and squeeze her boobs, and slap her ass and be like, ‘Damn girl, you look great!'”

“I don’t find that fucking funny at all, I’m sorry,” he continued. “I’m all for the gayness, you know. It doesn’t mean I’m against gayness. It’s just like you get to slap ass on a technicality? That’s not fucking fair at all.”

Pete said he wouldn’t “walk up to his boyfriend and tug his dick” just because he could.

Ricky Gervais unloads on Hollywood liberals ahead of Academy Awards, highlights their hypocrisy

Responding to a fan who asked Gervais what his best joke would be if he were hosting Sunday's Academy Awards, Gervais said he would highlight the hypocrisy embedded in calls from Hollywood celebrities for equality.

"'I can't wait to hear all your inspirational speeches about equality, and it's great that the 3 hours you're here tonight is the only time your badly paid migrant house staff will get some time off to sleep this week,'" Gervais responded.
