WB Reportedly Wants Robert Pattinson To Be The Only Batman In Cinemas

Warner Bros. reportedly wants Robert Pattinson to be the only Batman in cinemas. Ben Affleck’s Dark Knight was just seen in Zack Snyder’s Justice League and he’s set to show up once again in The Flash movie. However, this may be his final appearance in the DCEU, if the studio’s plans stay the same.

A new report is pointing to WB wanting to get rid of Batfleck, thereby leaving Battinson as the franchise’s number one Caped Crusader going forward. Scooper Mikey Sutton of Geekosity has shared what could be a major twist in the Ezra Miller vehicle, so proceed with caution.

The CW set a premiere date for Supergirl's sixth and final season while announcing a brief hiatus for Superman & Lois.

Supergirl Season 6 will kick-off March 30 after The Flash at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, taking Superman & Lois' regular spot in the network's Tuesday evening lineup. The latter DC TV series will go on a brief hiatus...

‘Superman & Lois’ Renewed For Season 2 By the CW

Superman & Lois will be flying in for another season. Following its strong multiplatform series premiere last week, the CW has renewed the superhero drama for a second season. It marks one of the fastest renewals for a freshman series; in 2014, the CW ordered a second season of The Flash two weeks after that DC series’ big debut.

Bill Maher, Who Said the N-Word on TV, Argues That Racism in America Is Exaggerated

Have no fear, however, because Bill Maher does not see race so much (according to Bill Maher).

“So, am I wrong to not want to see race all the time? Because that’s how I was brought up. Like that’s what a good liberal does, is you don’t see race. And now, they switched it all around and I’m bad because I don’t see it all the time. Is ubiquity even effective? To make people aware of this issue at every turn?” said Maher.

That led one of his guests, podcast co-host Kmele Foster, to “agree with Donald Trump” in arguing that “diversity and inclusion training can often increase people’s racial insensitivity,” and that it can make workplaces “less harmonious.” (As someone who’s taken hours and hours of diversity and inclusion training, and who is a minority himself, the prevailing opinion was that it brought our office closer together and certainly did not increase racial insensitivity.)

Next season of Harley Quinn will explore her romance with Poison Ivy

Supervillain / anti-hero Harley Quinn is a fan favourite in the LGBTQ community, and not least for her relationship with fellow villain Poison Ivy. And although the cartoon series on the DC Universe streaming service has hinted at their relationship, it hasn’t been explicit with it.

But in the second season, which began airing on Friday (3 April), this is set to change, with a small moment in the trailer showing Harley and Ivy briefly holding hands.

And speaking to Metro, the show’s showrunner, Patrick Schumacker has confirmed that this relationship will be explored. “It will develop more, and it’s definitely going to evolve into, I think, what a lot of people are hoping it will,” he explained.
