Entire California school board RESIGNS after they were caught on video mocking parents and claiming they want only want schools reopened so 'they can smoke pot'

Every member of a school board in Northern California resigned on Friday after a video revealed they mocked parents during a virtual public meeting about reopening schools amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lisa Brizendine, president of the Oakley Union Elementary School District, resigned along with members Kim Beede, Erica Ippolito and Richie Masadas.

They were caught on video during a meeting saying parents treated teachers as their 'personal babysitters' and they only wanted classrooms to re-open so they could smoke pot 'uninterrupted'.

Syracuse school staffers put on leave for wearing ‘No Lives Matter’ shirts

Two Syracuse school employees were placed on leave after a photo showed them wearing “No Lives Matter” shirts as Halloween costumes, the district said.

The t-shirts worn by two unidentified female employees said “No Lives Matter” and had images underneath of two horror movie villains, “Friday the 13th” killer Jason Voorhees and “Halloween” masked murderer Michael Myers, Syracuse.com reported.

16 Unhealthy Foods That Aren’t That Bad For You, According To Nutritionists

We've basically been conditioned to believe that certain foods are unhealthy, meaning that if you're trying to diet or eat as healthily as possible, you should avoid them at all costs. Aside from the fact that restrictive dieting is never a great idea, you might also be surprised to learn that many of the foods that have always been called "bad" for you are actually really not as terrible as they seem. In fact, many of those foods can be part of a wholesome, healthy diet as long as they're eaten in moderation, like nearly everything else.

We spoke to nutritionists and dietitians to get the truth. Here's a look at some classic "unhealthy" foods that really aren't that bad for you.

A Woman Called the Cops Because She Thought Store-Bought Meat Was a Penis

Earlier this week, an Akron, Ohio woman put a pot of beans on the stove to simmer, but instead of serving them to her family, she stood in her house, watching as officers from the Akron Police Department put on their gloves and separated what should've been her dinner into several large plastic bags.

According to the Akron Beacon Journal, Lamia Singfield bought a package of smoked turkey tails that day at a nearby Save A Lot supermarket. (Her receipt said they were smoked turkey tails but the label listed them as smoked pork tails—although that's not the problem). She was in the middle of a Facebook Live video and, after stopping to stir the beans, she realized that one piece of that seasoning meat didn't look right.

People Are Getting Busted for Affairs in Coronavirus Lockdown

Over the last few weeks, as the coronavirus pandemic left millions stranded indoors, Chicago divorce attorney Mitch Gordon has started getting calls from people who’ve just learned some unwelcome information: their spouses are having affairs.

“The people who are juggling affairs are getting caught right now,” Gordon said. “I’ve had multiple calls from people who are like, ‘Alright, before this I wondered, but figured no. And now it’s clear it’s happening.’”

OKLAHOMA CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS APOLOGIZE FOR WATERMELON PHOTO FRAME DISPLAYED DURING BLACK HISTORY MONTH EVENT

Oklahoma City Public Schools has apologized after a photo frame which displayed a "negative racial stereotype" was displayed at a high school's Black History Month celebration.

The offending photo frame decorated with watermelons was displayed at a soul food lunch at Frederick A. Douglass High School on February 20, The Oklahoman reported.

Oklahoma City School Board member Ruth Veales, who represents a number of predominantly black schools in the area, including Frederick A. Douglass High School, said she was shocked when she heard complaints about the photo frame on social media.

"I saw it, and I had the same response," Veales said. "As we go back into history, that is a derogatory term about black people."

Despite His Junk Popping Out for All to See, This Marathon Runner Finishes the Race (NSFW)

The Košice Peace Marathon in Slovakia is the oldest marathon in Europe. Roughly 10,000 participants from all over the world attend to get a peek at the competition, the local medieval architecture and — this year only — a marathon runner’s penis. The penis belonged to Jozef Urban, a runner who ended up placing tenth.

Running shorts are typically lightweight and contain a pair of internal briefs to keep a runner’s penis and testicles comfortably in place. However, all the sweat and nonstop movement of a runner’s muscular thighs can cause the underwear’s fabric to stretch, possibly allowing some slippage.

Half of men cannot label where the vagina is on a picture of the female body: Poll finds one in six know nothing about gynaecological issues

It should be day one of any sex education class, when schoolchildren learn the basic parts of the female anatomy.

But half of men are embarrassingly unable to correctly label where a woman’s vagina is on a picture of the female body.

Much to their shame, 500 out of 1,000 men failed when asked to identify it on a diagram also showing the vulva, cervix, ovaries and Fallopian tubes.

The finding has been published to raise awareness of how little many of us know about gynaecological cancers. It is a common misconception that the opening of the genitals, the vulva, is the vagina, which is actually further up within the women’s body.

A major health insurer outed thousands of customers as HIV positive

One person lost his home after a major health insurer potentially disclosed the HIV status of 12,000 customers.

Aetna sent letters on July 28 to 12,000 customers who are taking medication to treat HIV or for PrEP. The envelopes had plastic windows to show the name and address of the customer, but the windows also revealed part of the first paragraph of the letter. The words “Aetna health plan when filling prescriptions for HIV Medic-” are clearly visible without opening the envelope.

“I know of someone who has been kicked out of his home because somebody who saw his envelope learned his HIV status,” said the Legal Action Center’s legal director Sally Friedman.

We Need To Talk About This Sticker For Your Dick
Thanks, but I'd rather not rip anything off my pee hole.

Meet the Jiftip, a sticker for the tip of your penis.

Jiftip is a polyurethane adhesive device (aka a sticker) that's meant to be placed on the tip of the penis to cover the urethra (aka the hole).

The Jiftip tries to split the difference between getting busy wearing a condom and doing it unwrapped.

Basically, you get to do it condom-free while the sticker (supposedly) prevents precum from exiting the urethra during sex for a little more insurance against getting pregnant — though you'll still have to pull out, the website says.

Your cute, glittery iPhone case could burn your face

Your cute, sparkly iPhone case could be putting you in danger.

The company behind some of the most popular glitter-filled iPhone cases is recalling hundreds of thousands of its products after nearly two dozen of reports of chemical burns.

It turns out that if the sparkly liquid inside the cases leaks onto your skin, it can cause some pretty nasty chemical burns. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says the cases have already been linked to 24 burn injuries around the world.

'See Detroit like we do' ad with mostly white people sparks outrage

A sign with the slogan "See Detroit like we do," that filled the windows along the ground level of a downtown Detroit high-rise came under scrutiny as the photograph featured mostly white people.

In a Facebook post Sunday, billionaire businessman Dan Gilbert — founder of Bedrock Detroit and Quicken Loans — announced that his organization "screwed up badly" with the sign bearing the Bedrock real-estate company's insignia on the Vinton Building, a Bedrock property.

According to 2010 U.S. Census data, Detroit is more than 82% black.

"Although not intended to create the kind of feelings it did, the slogan/statement we used on these graphics was tone deaf, in poor taste and does not reflect a single value or philosophy that we stand for at Bedrock Development or in our entire Family of companies," according to the post.
