Why Chrissy Teigen Is Getting Criticized For Attending The Inauguration
In any other time, Teigen heading to Washington D.C. to support Legend probably wouldn't raise any eyebrows. However, due to the fact that the world is still dealing with the coronavirus pandemic, many people didn't agree with Teigen's decision to tag along. Needless to say, Twitter had a lot to say and it didn't take long for people to start criticizing not only Teigen's attendance, but Legend's attendance as well.

Soccer star faces ban for exposing penis after scoring goal
Ex-Borussia Monchengladbach and Augsburg striker Raul Bobadilla caused controversy while playing for Guarani in his homeland, Paraguay.
The 33-year-old Paraguay international hit a dramatic late goal to give the Asuncion side a 3-2 aggregate cup win over Libertad last Wednesday.
But the climax of his match-winning strike proved too much for the hotshot as he celebrated wildly by ripping off his shirt and GPS vest before lowering his shorts.

DIRECTOR EDWARD JAMES OLMOS WANTED EQUAL NUDITY AND FLAMING STUNTMEN ON BATTLESTAR GALACTICA'S 'THE PLAN'
Bonus! We have one more special episode of the Battlestar Galacticast podcast, and co-hosts Marc Bernardin and Tricia Helfer (Number Six) appropriately talk about BSG's final TV movie, The Plan, with the film's writer and producer, Jane Espenson.
Edward James Olmos (aka Admiral Adama) directed the companion film to the series (note to newbies: The Plan is not the best place to start your BSG watching experience), which follows the path of two Cavils (Dean Stockwell) in the lead-up and aftermath of the initial Cylon attack on humanity. For BSG fans, the TV film is a walk down memory lane, a chance to revisit favorite scenes from the mini-series and the first and second seasons, albeit from a Cylon point-of-view.
Even though the content was dark, Espenson also shares that Olmos had an enthusiastic appreciation for the material. “Eddie really loved pain and darkness. He was like, ‘Life is pain and hard.’ As bright a light as Eddie is, there was something he loved about trying to capture genuine darkness on film. I wrote a line for him [when he played Adama] that referenced going off to the bathroom to take a crap, and it was his favorite thing, because he was like, ‘People do! It’s real!’”

Head pastors at Hillsong Church are accused of using volunteers as their personal babysitters for little or no pay, insiders said
After celebrity pastor of Hillsong NYC Carl Lentz was fired for cheating on his wife in November, sources told Insider that the issues at Hillsong run much deeper than one affair.
Several former volunteers said top pastors regularly took advantage of free and underpaid labor, and in some cases paid little or no money for volunteers to babysit their children.
In 2017, former Hillsong Boston volunteer Tiffany Perez said she was asked to take care of the top pastor Josh Kimes' daughter, Lyla, who was 4 at the time for $150 a week.
Perez often worked up to 25 hours a week babysitting, she said, which comes out to about $6 an hour, or half the minimum wage in Massachusetts. Perez also cleaned their home and looked after their dog, she said. She was not paid extra for the cleaning or dog care.

Jhené Aiko Explains Why She Stopped Using the N-Word in Her Music
There seems to be unnecessary confusion surrounding the use of the N-word, especially when it comes to crafting lyrics. This moved Jhené Aiko to give a deep explanation as to why she removed the word from her music.
Although her ability to look like multiple races has undoubtedly been beneficial to her public persona, Aiko doesn't want to abuse a privilege that she didn't ask for. So out of respect for herself, friends, and fans, she decided to stop using the N-word in her music because it could make people uncomfortable. Aiko explains that she eradicated the word from her writing process years ago, but this discussion made the news relevant.

Politically correct Santa tells crying kid he won’t bring him Nerf gun

A mall Santa dropped the hammer on a little boy who asked him for a Nerf gun for Christmas — telling the bawling kid he wouldn’t bring him the toy.
The politically correct Kris Kringle was caught on video asking the child what he wanted for the holiday, according to a Facebook post by the boy’s mother.
The boy apparently mentioned a gun, because the Santa could be heard replying, “No, no guns.’’
When the kid’s mom, who was standing nearby, piped in just to be clear, “Nerf gun,’’ the not-so-jolly ol’ St. Nick was still having none of it.

College Quarterback Issues Public Apology for Eating Sushi Off of Nude Model on Below Deck
A college quarterback who appeared on the Bravo reality show, Below Deck, has apologized after he was filmed eating food off of a nude model while onboard a yacht earlier this year.
“I would like to apologize for my poor judgment while on the TV show Below Deck and acknowledge that I have made a mistake that I will learn from,” the Thousand Oaks, California, native tweeted. “While it was not my idea nor any of my friends’ ideas to eat sushi off of a model, I should have exercised better judgment and declined the idea immediately when it was brought up by the producers."

Tom Hanks' Son, Chet Hanks, Is Getting Called Out For "Verbal Blackface" And...Yikes
For the most part, Tom Hanks' family is pretty low-key.
And then there's Tom's son, Chet Hanks (the key.)
Earlier this year, Chet posted a video of himself at the Golden Globes speaking patois, and captioned it, "BIG UP FIMI WHOL FAMILY SOON COM AT DI AWARDS NA SEEN ?? ?? ?? CHUNE IN."
Chet reportedly compared his use of a Jamaican accent to using an English accent after watching "a bunch of English gangster movies," which did not go over well:

Sexual illiteracy is creating an HIV crisis in China
In 2018, the Commission said it estimated new HIV patients are growing at a rate of about 80,000 people per year, although that data does not distinguish between people who just contracted the virus or those who may have had it for awhile without knowing.
By comparison, the US reported just under 38,000 new cases in 2018. In 2019, the global number of people newly infected with HIV was 1.7 million people. Those numbers also came at the end of a consistent decline in the number of new global cases over the past decade.
The cases in China affected all demographics, including rapid growth rates in older and teenage populations.
Most of the new cases are spread through sex. The prevalence of sexually transmitted HIV is due to a host of factors, including the public’s general lack of sexual knowledge mixing with the growing proliferation of hook-up apps.

Lawmaker who said LGBTQ people “molest children” caught with half-naked man during Zoom meeting
A conservative lawmaker with a history of extremely cruel anti-LGBTQ statements was caught with a half-naked, much younger man in his home during an official Zoom conference and now he’s scrambling to explain what the mysterious man was doing in his home.
Lithuanian member of parliament (MP) Petras Gražulis was in a Zoom meeting for the culture committee when a much younger man who is at least shirtless appeared beside him briefly peering at the screen. Now the clip is making the rounds on social media and Gražulis is coming up with increasingly bizarre explanations of what the young man was doing there.
In 2010, Gražulis introduced legislation to make it illegal to “promote” homosexuality in an attempt to ban Pride parades. The law would have imposed fines to “punish almost any public expression or portrayal of, or information about, homosexuality.” Amnesty International denounced the measure at the time.

No jab? You're barred! Bars, restaurants, cinemas and sports venues could turn away anyone who hasn't had a Covid-19 vaccine, minister warns
Restaurants, bars and cinemas may turn customers away if they have not had a Covid jab, the new minister for the mass vaccine roll-out suggested tonight.
Nadhim Zahawi indicated that although an injection would be voluntary, some venues – including sports grounds – might insist on proof of one in return for granting entry.
The minister said individuals would have to decide for themselves but would be given the 'strong message' that jabs were good for their family, community and country.
Airlines have already been examining the idea of asking for 'immunity passports' as a condition of flying.

‘Relationships are not for you’: Ten-year-old girl gives her nanny dating advice – and it’s brutal
The girl said: 'And you're still trying with the wrong people. Quit going for younger guys.' She gets so heated she slams her fist on a hard surface as she makes her point.
Her nanny said: 'He's literally, like, seven months younger.'
The girl shared some very wise advice, telling her babysitter to 'get an older rich man so you can live a good life and not end up on the street with this guy you're going to meet that you've never met before that you have feelings for and you're simping for'.
The woman said: 'I don't need an older rich man because I don't care about the money I care about the connection.'
The girl said: 'You're going to end up on the streets and I hope you do.'
Laughing, the woman said: 'I won't end up on the streets. When I end up famous and rich.'
Shouting, the girl said: 'You're not going to get famous because nobody's going to help you. Nobody wants to help you because you go for the wrong people.'

My Boyfriend Made Me Sleep On The Couch So He Could Share A Bed With His Guy Friend — Is This Normal?
It is not normal. Your boyfriend is an unfaithful asshole who thinks you're a pendeja. No LGBTQ explanation or courtesy needed to explain disrespect and disdain. Find the nearest dumpster and dump... or the next time his father, uncle, brother or any other friend is in town tell him you want him to take the couch so you can share a bed and get to know them better and fuck them. 13-Nov-2020
THE LGBTQ MOVEMENT FALTERED
LGBTQ acceptance is eroding even among young people. What are we going to do about it?
By Adam Zivo
There is some very bad news that not nearly enough people are talking about. Acceptance of the LGBTQ community is significantly declining in the United States and has been for several years now. Almost two years ago, a national annual survey by GLAAD found that, since 2016, Americans have become much more uncomfortable with LGBTQ folks. Though the report has since become slightly dated, little research has been done on the issue since. Other statistics, such as consistent increases in anti-LGBTQ hate crimes, suggest that the problem has not abated and may even be getting worse.
Despite the seriousness of this issue, there appears to be little awareness within the LGBTQ community that its public support is eroding. This ignorance within the wider community is mirrored by a lack of serious analysis by queer leaders and researchers. That needs to change.
And let’s not fool ourselves that this is a US-only problem. While it’s unclear how much this backlash is mirrored in Canada and Western Europe (which share similar historical trajectories on LGBTQ rights), both of these regions have also seen notable increases in anti-LGBTQ hate crimes – so there is good reason to be pessimistic. However, only real research focused on social attitudes will give us clarity. For whatever reason, this research isn’t being done in earnest.
